Stolen tools and equipment recovered.

Longlands Safer neighbourhood team doing joint patrols with SIDCUP and ST MARYS, ST JAMES safer neighbourhood teams today recovered thousands of pounds worth of tools and equipment to do with the gas trade from Old Bexley village. This was found because officers noticed members of the public peaking over the boundary wall of a church yard. Part of the equipment and tools was dumped over the wall in-front of a tree and the rest was found in a houses front garden nearby.  

The victim has been notified and enquiries are being conducted in the local area in a bit to find the make/model identity of the vehicle involved.
